Our story
We started with a second-hand 5 kg drum roaster and a lot of patience. Today we roast three times a week for cafés and home brewers who care about where their beans come from. Every lot is sourced directly from farms we have visited in Colombia, Ethiopia and Guatemala.
Our roastery is open to visitors on Saturdays. Come by, watch a roast, and try the same coffee three different ways.
